Organic and gluten free malt extracts are commonly used in bakery products, beverages, confectionary and cereals. Malt extracts can have many different functions, e.g. in bakery products, like browning and flavouring agent, colour, sweetener, and source of enzymes. Senson’s special extracts are GMO free and contain no additives (E codes).
