The beverage is elaborated with the concentrates dissolution, usually at sugar base, in the water. The
water used for the mixing is, previously, disareated in the section “degaser” in order to eliminate the oxygen and the others gas naturally dissolved in the same. The syrup is mixing with the water in a constant mixing ratio.
Subsequently the beverage is cooled by an exchanger, before to enter in the storage section. The carbonated beverage feeding to the filler is assured from a pump, that functioning in base of the filler request.
