Isobaric bottling monoblocks for rinsing, filling and capping with pre-evacuation.
Whilst keeping in mind the importance of caring about the product sensitivity to external contamination, Framax Beer filling technology utilizes the traditional isobaric multi-pre-evacuation system for glass or aluminium bottles and specific filling systems designed to fill beer into PET, cans and kegs.
Stand alone isobaric filling monoblocks are modular and are customized according to the needed output and samples. The monoblock can have a rinser unit with one or more treatments, a filling unit with single or double prevacuation and one or more capping units. Monoblock can also have any combination of these units.
Units will change in number of heads according to the output required of containers /hour.
Several kind of containers can be used such as glass bottles, plastic bottles, cans etc. while caps include crown caps, “RoPP” screw caps, plastic prethreaded caps, can lids etc.
The structure and all parts in contact with the liquid are made of stainless steel AISI 304 or even AISI 316.
