The A series gets its name from the Alfa filler, a model previously produced by Sacmi. Although this is a completely new project, in the A series you will find some of the features which made Alfa filler successful: mainly, its ease of use, reliability and competitive price.
Series A fillers can manage both glass and PET bottles, and they are particularly suitable for filling of non carbonated beverages (water, sensitive products such as tea and isotonic drinks, yoghurt drinks and oils).
The Hot Fill version is also available, with product recirculation.
Filling technology can be of gravity type with electro-pneumatic control, or mechanical gravity type, or electronic-volumetric type.
The E series is the new series of Sacmi electronic fillers, dedicated to the beverage world. The E series is distinguished by its complete range of applications (the models available are suitable for glass, PET and can filling, at ambient temperature, cold and hot filling, for large and small sizes) and by some advantages:
Rejection rate null from the first machine revolution
Minimum product waste
Filling technology is of electronic-volumetric type or electronic-level.
Volumetric type filling takes place in the following way: each filling valve is equipped with a magnetic flow-meter, which measures the volume delivered in the bottle, thus allowing machine electronics to manage the filling.
Level type filling takes place in the following way: each filling valve is equipped with a conductive level probe, which senses the presence of the liquid, thus allowing machine electronics to manage the filling.
All filling cycle phases are managed through valves with pneumatic control.
The electronic management of the filling allows monitoring of each single valve, as the performance and any possible malfunction of the valve are sensed in real time; such management system also allows to modify bottle filling level from the operator panel.
