Feeds pallets of cans to WGC systems, layer by layer. The semi-automatic requires user input about once per pallet. It comes standard with a singulating conveyor and integrated twist rinse that supports both 12 and 16 oz. cans. The twist rinse operates with air, water or sani-solution so cans are pre-rinsed and clean before filling.
Has a footprint of 10′ wide by 10′ long by 12′ high. The twist rinse adds roughly 7 feet to one of the sides as it connects to the canning system
Power: 208V, 15AMP 3-phase. We will provide a 3/4″ knock out for your electrician to wire
Air: Clean, dry air required @100psi, 3cfm (refrigerated air dryer and coalescing air filter mandatory)
Training: We provide on site for 1 – 2 days
A forklift is required to move full pallets of cans into the depalletizer
The minimum required ceiling height to operate the depalletizer is 15 feet
We recommend purchase of OSHA Stairs (7′ deck H) to access the WGC Semi-Automatic Depalletizer
