More than 30 years ago röders TEC was one of the first companies in Germany installing a CAD/CAM system for 3D-applications in order to design customized PET bottles and blow moulds. The first contour bottles and in particular the first petaloid bases were designed and manufactured by röders TEC.
The installation of the 3D - CAD/CAM was only a first step, followed by the development of a new optimized production technology for blow moulds High Speed Milling. With these in-house developments and production strategies röders TEC offers unique capabilities for blow mould manufacturing guaranteeing an impeccable quality and short lead-times.
A new control was developed in-house with a data processing time faster than those which were available on the market. Parallely an entirely new type of milling machines was designed and built. So röders TEC became the first manufacturer of high speed cutting machines (HSC) worldwide.
