After having filled the water jacked with water or thermal oil, the kettle is ready for operation. The electrical heating heats the water bath up to a pre-set. Thanks to the integrated agitator, the produce to be processed is evenly warmed and mixed. After the cooking process the kettle can be easily emptied by means of the disc valve in the bottom of the kettle. Optionally, the produce can be sucked out of the kettle directly by means of a filling machine. Alternatively an optional pump can be used to pump the produce into a heated filling funnel in order to be able to fill the kettle for the next cooking process.
The produce to be cooked is filled into a kettle via the large filling inlet. The heating process starts after the heating has been activated.
The agitator can be activated or deactivated, as desired. After the prescribed cooking time has been reached, the central disc valve at the bottom is used for discharging the produce from kettle.
