Description

BRY-97 500 grams
  • Classified as Saccharomyces Cerevisiae.
  • A top fermenting yeast.
  • Quick start an vigorous fermentation which can be completed in 4 days above 17°C.
  • Medium to high attenuation.
  • Flocculent strain but settling can be promoted.
  • Best when used at traditional ale temperatures after re-hydration in the recommended manner.

CBC-1 11 grams
  • Classified as Saccharomyces Cerevisiae.
  • Can be used to ferment and referment ale beers.
  • Fast starter, used to ferment/referment beers up to 12% ABV.
  • Fermentation can be completed in 3 days at 20°C.
  • Refermentation (100%) can be completed within 14 days at 15-25°C.
  • Shows flocculation and sedimentation at the end of the refermentation period.
  • CBC-1 does not impart on the flavor of the original beer to be refermented.

Diamond 500 grams
  • Classified as Saccharomyces Carlsbergensis.
  • A bottom fermenting yeast.
  • Used to produce different types of lager of the finest quality.
  • High attenuation.
  • Quick start and vigorous fermentation, which can be completed in 5 days above 12°C.
  • Flocculent strain.
  • Particularly suitable to be used multiple times.

Munich 11 grams
  • Classified as Saccharomyces Cerevisiae.
  • A top fermenting yeast.
  • Suitable for many types of wheat beer; widespread use in the production of German Weizen and Hefeweizen.
  • Medium to high attenuation.
  • Quick start  and vigourous fermentation, which can be completed in 4 days above 17°C.
  • Munich is a non flocculent strain.

Nottingham 500 grams
  • Classified as Saccharomyces Cerevisiae.
  • A top fermenting yeast.
  • Also used for Lager-style beer (bottom fermenting).
  • Suitable for many types of beer.
  • High attenuation, reaching a final gravity near 1008 (2°P).
  • Quick start to fermentation, which can be completed in 4 days above 17°C.
  • Shows flocculation at completion of fermentation.
  • Has a high alcohol tolerance; therefore also suitable for high alcohol beers.

Servomyces - yeast nutrient
Servomyces is a naturally enriched single-strain brewing yeast (from the prestigious Weihenstephan yeast bank) that is used as a biological yeast nutrient.

Properties
  • Servomyces presents better bio-availability of minerals, which is very important factor in yeast nutrition.
  • Servomyces can decrease fermentation time significantly.
  • Improves yeast sedimentation.
  • Stimulates uptake of maltose and maltotriose.
  • Eliminates harsh sulphur notes and produces a smoother more balanced beer.

Windsor 500 grams
  • Classified as Saccharomyces Cerevisiae.
  • A top fermenting yeast.
  • Suitable for many types of ale.
  • Moderate attenuation, which will leave a relatively high gravity.
  • Quick start and vigorous fermentation, which can be completed in 3 days above 17°C.
  • Non-flocculent strain but some settling can be promoted.
  • Great acceptance in producing strong-tasting bitter beer, stout, weizen and hefe weizen.
