Cleaning in Place or more simply CIP and Sterilization in Place or SIP
represent the technology that guarantees cleaning and sterilization of
plants in contact with any foodstuff and other.
This technology ensures maximum cleanliness and energy regeneration
with the minimum of labour and detergent consumption. Cleaning
solutions are prepared according to the necessary doses and are stored
in insulated tanks for distribution to the user points.
On request these systems may be platform-mounted. They may be
manually operated, fitted with an automatic temperature control of the
cleaning solutions or automated through a PLC, which continually
controls and manages cycle duration.
