The rotation decrowner is designed for high performance. A continuously turning drum removes crown corks from the passing crates. Disruptive influences such as tolerances in the height of bottles and measurements of crates are automatically compensated for.
VEK 920 OPENING AND EMPTYIN WITHIN CASES:
A feeder belt is used to transport cases of under-filled or incorrectly labelled bottles into the system. The caps are removed at the first sbstation, for example crown caps or screwcaps. At the second substation, the bottles are emptied. Here the liquid is automatically pressed out of the bottle via emtpying tubes which have been inserted in the bottles. In practice, this ia a reversed filling process. The liquid from these bottles is collected and transported to a counter-pressure bin, without getting in contact with the atmosphere. As a result of time-saving, automatic process and the almost 100% reclaiming of the liquids, extensive savings in the production process can be expected.
