After completing its range of undercounter postmix systems, with the contemporary, sleek styles of BRAVE, IDEAL, ECLIPSE and BLUE-TECH EXTRA COLD, the company has taken innovation one step further, to create another new line of overcounter postmix products. A fantastically fresh sensation!
We are delighted to preview our latest products, brimming with technology and innovation. The range comprises 3 similar models with different widths, plus another model, smaller than the rest, with different proportions. The number of valves and cooling capacity of the 3 bigger models obviously depends on the width (see the technical characteristics). Specifically, Joy 20 model and Joy 30 model can both be configured with 3 or 4 valves, Joy 50 model with 4-5-6 valves, and Joy 65 with 6 or 8 valves. The valves can dispense carbonated and non-carbonated drinks. JOY can be fitted with peristaltic pumps and valves, to dispense juices with pulp.
The range is extremely stylish, sleek and innovative. The product brand is displayed on the top of the 4 sides. The front and valve side have a LED light. The panel with indicators for H2O and CO2 control is above the valves on the right side: green is for okay, red warns the user that H2O or CO2 is low. The on/off switch for the backlit logo is just below the indicators. Further down is a key, to turn off the power supply and stop valve dispensing. The on/off power switch is on the right side.
JOY also means ease of use, easy access to components and easier, simpler maintenance. The entire range can be supplied to dispense sparkling and non-sparkling drinks. Switching from sparkling to non-sparkling drinks takes just a few seconds, thanks to the new intelligent system FLEXI FLOW devised by CELLI, which does not require any changes to the water lines. To switch from dispensing a CARBONATED drink to a non-carbonated drink, the user just has to operate the screw above the valve to switch over.
The lower part of the body, which houses the cooling tank, is in stainless steel, but can also be supplied in different materials and shades. The removable drip tray has its own drainage system. On the front of the system, below the valves, the protection panel can be removed, for easy access to the syrup, H2O and CO2 tubes, as well as the tank drainage tube.
At the top, after removing the “cover”, which is secured by a screw, are the hydraulic and cooling sections. The cooling section can easily be separated from the rest of the system. This makes cooling unit maintenance easier, and if there is a fault, the unit can be quickly replaced without having to disconnect the hydraulic part, or syrup tubes.
The entire system has been designed for easy maintenance and latest-generation, energy-saving components have been used. The tank has an insulating thickness of 36 mm, using CO2 expanded gas, which is far more environmentally friendly than the more commonly used R134a. The environmental impact of the gas supply has also been targeted. Customers can choose from a number of gases, depending on their needs. The standard JOY will be supplied with R134 a, but we have in trial also versions with R290 and the new environmentally friendly HFO1234ze, which does not pollute and is not flammable.
The range is also configured for complete remote control. Thanks to a special telemetry system, product operation, including the drinks being served, the temperature, etc. can be monitored from your office. If an anomaly occurs, the telemetry system quickly informs the authorised service centre, for a rapid response. This telemetry system is already available for undercounter postmix, premix and beer ranges.
Joy range will be available starting from Summer 2012.
