This monobloc is projected to permit a fill process isobaric (nitrogen atmosphere), on particular indicated to fill sparkling products (in case also flat liquids) and to plug in every type of cork (cap – crown).
Like “Giove” also “Urano” is indicated to be utilized with glass – PET - HDPE bottles (cilindrical or shaped) for speed production between 1,500 and 35,000 b/h.
The isobaric filling valve (PDL) is projected to guarantee an high standard of produtivity and accurate level of product in the bottle like the “DE” valve, the designer has considered the need that all the internal parts of the valve was built in the way to guarantee high level of sterilization and maximum availability to operate the cip process; this are the reasons because the mechanical parts are completely in stainless steel AISI 304 and all he gaskets are in epdm rubber; in this case to make more accurate the level of sterilization the springs of the decompression push botton are external to the valve to avoid the contact with the product to fill.
The pdl valve is available in 3 versions :
- A circuit of decompression (sniff)
- A double circuit pre- vacuum air or self-level + sniff
- With 4 circuits pre-vacuum air neck,injection nitrogen,self-levl and sniff
To permit a major flexibility concerning the filling process and, to adapt it to the big production or small quantities of expensive product (see vodka), the technical dept. of nelden industry has projected a new type of electronic valve - EPN - that based on the traditional isobaric function but without the mechanic phases that make the filling process slow, can drive the management of the process fast and with the total guarnatee of top performance.
The different phases of the filling process (pre-vacuum, opening valve, gas injection ,self level, decompression) are managed independently and this permit to adjust the working time of the singles phases or to change the pahses based on the different recipes regarding the products to be filled (example : often we need to operate the phase of decompression in 2 / 3 times where between the first and the second decompression there is a pause…. - impulses decompression) to do it it’s enough to implement it through software program by means of the control panel.
The valve “EPN” is supplied with a system called “level management in continue and centralized” that permit to avoid the change of the straw on regard of the different level determinated in bottles with different sizes; it’s possible (on demand) to supplement the system with the level management depending by the product’s temperature during the filling process to maintain as possible the level constant in the bottles.
The tanks are completely in stainless steel AISI 304 and are in 2 versions :
- Anular ring
The inside wall and the bottom are polished “looking glass” to guarantee the maximum condition of hygiene.
Project and manufacture of the tanks are related to the pressure equipment direcive - PED (pressure equipement directive) - that’s consider the rules necessary to build containers submitted to pressure this tanks are bulit to work with pressure between 6 (lower pressure) and 10 BAR (maximum pressure) – all this considering a security factor superior at 1,5 times the nominal work pressure.
