The system is suitable for breweries or other beverage producers. The VISICIP system is controlled through a PLC and user friendly software, fully automated from dosing chemicals and heating to controlling the CIP process. It can be connected from one to any number of lines. The tanks with chemicals can be heated with a single heater or with independently constructed heating for each tank separately. The CIP can be built in with a distribution panel or double sited valves for fully automated cleaning process.


The VISIMIX system is a reliable system for the production of perfectly carbonated water, mixed cola or lemonade. The water deaerating is performed by water nozzles spraying into the vacuum chamber. Then, the water flow is directed to the carbonating chamber and the syrup mixing zone. An automated syrup flow system is constantly monitoring water flow. The syrup flow is regulated with a predefined final product standard ratio. Optionally, a brix measurement system can be built in to give in-time information about the product or syrup flow.

The CO2 measurement sensor is directly controlling the CO2 regulating valve to maintain the desired carbonization level, spending exactly CO2 as needed. The carbonization column is constantly maintaining the desired pressure to maximize the dissolving speed. In the case of temperature problems, optionally a heat exchanger can be installed.


Water from an atmospheric deaeration system is perfect for blending beer, beer process manipulation, production of carbonated soft drinks and flavoured water. The water produced in this system has a dissolved oxygen value below 0.02mg/L. For the deaeration process, microbiologically correct tap water can be used or the system can be supplied with an UV lamp or with a pasteurization system (hot deaeration). Extra carbonation can be provided too.


Suitable for HGB brewers and radler makers or for simple ingredient dosing for all sorts of beer. VISICARBOBLEND is a perfect solution for blending beer on a desired original gravity, with an exact CO2 level in the final product. The system has a fully automated control for each parameter, achieving standard output in final product, not only O2 and CO2, but also caramel, iso-alpha or aroma dosing. 


The Vipoll flash pasteurization unit and a pasteurization beer tank are combined in a process system for pasteurizing beer to assure control of the pasteurization process. The system is designed to regulate the temperature of the product depending on a setup PU level. The main beer flow is constructed to hold product for 30 seconds on temperature level matching the designated PU temperature.
