The enterprise Badtke Edelstahl GmbH founded by Leo Badtke in 1990, stores and sells on meanwhile over 3,500 m2 all types of rust- and acid-resistant steels. Located near to the centre of Frankfurt on the Main and thereby excellently accessible from all directions, the medium-sized enterprise has established itself with 24 employees on the German stainless steel market. An additional sales office for the Northern region operates from Krefeld since 1996. A combination of competence, reliability and quality allows Badtke to ensure a safe and fast delivery of over 3,000 types of rust- and acid-resistant stainless steels in lines of businesses like fittings, pipes and pipe accessories as well as special connecting parts. The product range stocked at Badtke comprises armatures, screw thread and beverage fittings, fittings for the food and pharmaceutical industries, German-made turned parts and threaded connections, olive type fittings, press-fitting systems, pipes, pipeaccessories through to custom-made special turned parts according to specified drawings. Furthermore, the company stocks pipes in dimensional ranges from 6 mm to 406.4 mm in five different material qualities. Two automatic band saws cut the pipes according to customer requirements to fixed lengths within the dimensional range measurements. A grinding machine for pipe accessories enables individual surface requirements (razing in grain of 240 and 320). Service and quality are of utmost importance, articles and suppliers must undergo rigid and regular tests. The sawing service is entitled to renew stamps by order of TÜV, the German safety tests organisation. Badtke permanently adapts its own storage volumes to the needs of its clientele. Indeed, customer service and general services are of major significance to this service provider.
