Portal-type palletising: UNIPAL 105
Accurate positioning even at highest performance level characterises our gantry-type palletising machines type UNIPAL 105/106. Their distortion-free, welded stainless-steel structure, the unique bridge-type construction of the X-axis and the optimal load distribution make these machines very rugged and durable. The motion controller and maintenancefree drive technology gently move your products and materials within an individually adjustable, rectangular work area that has no dead spaces or restrictions.
Column-type palletising: UNIPAL 107 & 108
The BMS UNIPAL 107/108 column robots can be used in multiple ways for loading and unloading beverage crates, shrink packs, multi-packs or cartons. The column robots can reach maximum speeds of 450 cycles per hour and handle loads of up to 750 kg. They are available in swivel-arm and linear-arm design. Because of their motion control device and due to the targeted use of counter-weights, BMS column robots are particularly accurate and energy-efficient. In addition, the product-optimised gripper systems ensure optimal container protection and high stacking quality.
Depalletising: UNIPAL 201 & 202
