Nigay offers two kinds of malt caramel: burnt sugars co-caramelized with malt extract and more intense grades using E150c caramel colour and malt extract.

  • Caramel colour E150c is made with sugars and malt.
  • Caramelized or burnt sugar with malt are only made from sugar and malt.
