Beer antioxidizin agent
A new generation of antioxidizing agent, especially designed for the treatment of malt and unmalted cereals. It inhibits the LOX activity of lipoxygenases, responsible for aldehyde oxidation or all other oxidizable functions present in the wort.
Recommended dosage: 7.5-10 g/hL on mashing in.
Packaging: powder – 1 kg packs in 20 kg cartons.
