Fetscher presents a swing stopper with a new two-component plastic head (2K), in which the TPE-plastic seal is seamlessly connected to the head.

Core of the development is the redesign of the seal in the critical sealing area to the mouth of the bottle, and the production of the compound heads in a real 2K injection molding process.

The results have a lasting positive effect: Due to the improved sealing characteristics and the reduction of the dimensional tolerances of the compound head an improved consistency of the swing stopper clamping forces is achieved. This also fosters the compensation of the dimensional tolerances of the bottles. A permanent sealing in the reusable circulation and durability of the swing stoppers are the result.

Fetscher swing stoppers with two-component heads prove their outstanding advantages with drinks of high internal pressures and during pasteurization, and are also available with single or multi-colored imprint.

SWING is a universal closure to close crown cap and screw cap bottles. No matter if you store the bottle vertically or horizontally, no matter if you keep them in the refrigerator, in the car or outdoor, our SWING locks your bottle safely. It is a traditional closure following an idol. Freshness and taste of your beverage will be kept even after the first opening of your bottle.

You can take our SWING as a neutral or branded give-away, you can use it as a part of an incentive campaign. We will print your logo or message on the head of SWING! Choose between monochrome or multi colour screen print. Almost every motive and packaging is possible.
