PURION UV plants are characterized by compact construction and a high degree of efficiency respecting to disinfection and energy consumption. The construction design follows laws,

standards and regulations.

Radiation with Ultraviolet light delivers optimal protection against danger of infection. UV radiation is a well known und natural method to disinfect liquids. With usage of UV radiation one can leave out treatment of water by inserting of chlorine. PURION® equipment are made of electropolished stainless steel, duly licenced for drinking water.

PURION UV-plants can be integrated in existent water installations easily. The medium to be disinfected flows through the optimized chamber. The UV radiation inactivates bacteria and germs.

Any of our equipment can be fitted with functions for monitoring operating hours and/or UVC intensity. The compact construction design enables an easy replacement of the UV lamp at the end of their useful life.

You don´t need any tool. Also replacement and cleaning of the quartz pipe can be arranged easily.

For every UV plant a complete PURION Assembly System is available.

Die UV Anlage AIRPURION dry X active mini enables systematic UV based disinfection and removal of

bad odour. The air is taken actively inside the plant via two fans. To meet highest HACCP standards the UV lamps can be equipped with special splinter protection (UV safety glass film).

This device consists of a total new 2 chamber system made from a matt anodized and completely closed aluminum frame.

1. chamber: sterilsation of air via UVC light – state of the art disinfection technology

UVC works using a photolytic effect whereby the radiation destroys or inactivates the microorganism. For disinfection these effects are produced by wavelengths below 320 nm, with the optimum effect occurring at around 260 nm. UVC light is the only verifiable disinfection technology – also used by hospitals and  research institutes.

Wiring system and the electronic cut-in unit are integrated into the frame.

Lamp failure or cable breaking are being internally controlled and duly signalled. A control lamp and a switch for turn on turn off is integrated in the housing.

Optionally it is possible to equip the UV lamps with splinter protection to ensure that there is no release of mercury in case of breakage of the UV lamp. The UV lamps are equiped with a special coating for splinter protection.

The UV radiators stand out for their long service life, high disinfection performance and low energy consumption.

Its compact construction allows for an easy removal of lamps or lamp exchange, like for instance at the end of the radiator’s service life.

The AIRPURION LED UV-Disinfection module is a scalable option for disinfection of surfaces especially in the area of conveyor band within the beverage industry. Via miniaturzised construction it is easily possible to integrate it into existing technical systems. The AIRPURION LED UV-Disinfection modules are scalable to reach high disinfection performance and UVC dosis. Therefore it is possible to applicate it for a higher band speed. The specific characteristics of UVC LED allow for a clocked operation mode. Typical applications are:
