FLASH PASTEURISING UNIT - As alternative to tunnel technology we offer thermal treatment of liquid products performed by plate or tube heat exchangers. Technology depends of how complex the structure of liquid is.

Pasteurizing units are made as mono-bloc versions on carrying platform that allows quick displacement and in-line assembly with other bottling equipment and quick and easy connection to the energetic sources.


•stainless steel base platform;

•buffer tank with level control devices, cleaning head, inlet and outlet connections (in case of request with high efficient mixer);

•sanitary centrifugal pump with flow regulation provided by an electronic flow measuring device, sanitary control valve and a speed converter;

•plate or tube heat exchanger with suitable number of applied sections (treatment of products with various viscosities);

•tubular holder on pasteurizing temperature (also for different capacities inside one system);

•automatic temperature control with registration and synoptic records on pasteurization and cooling temperatures;

•pasteurization and sanitation procedures control by means of PLC controller;

•pipelines with suitable fittings;

•various options of pasteurizer communication with CIP units;

•options of a system operation and supervision by means of PC from a supervision control room.


•Hot outlet, cold outlet or a combination of both on request.

•Plate heat exchanger suitable to treat products without pulp; plate heat exchanger that can treat products with pulp up till certain size; tubular heat exchanger with practically no limitation of pulp size.

•Basic system upgrade with de-aeration. It is a system that eliminates all the gases from the product on the basis of a vacuum principle. Part of de-aeration system is also an external vapour condenser for aroma recovery which is in further stage of de-aeration process returned to the product.

•Basic system can be upgraded with a homogenizer
