This plug & play pad printing machine belongs to the latest generation of the TAMPOPRINT machine family. Using an efficient rotary printing process, this full automation solution is extremely economical, which makes it extremely popular with small bottlers.

For better paint adhesion the machine is equipped with a fully automatic gas pretreatment. This can be variably adjusted depending on the plastic type of the caps.

This compact system can be equipped with up to three printing units and achieves a production output of up to 45,000 closures* per hour.

For a 100 % quality control of the printed image, the CLOSURE PRINT COMPACT can be optionally equipped with a camera control system. This guarantees permanently a high quality of the product.

The MOF-PROMO laser systems set the benchmark in terms of performance, ergonomics and efficiency.

With an output capacity of up to 2,500 caps per minute, the laser systems of the MOF-PROMO series are the top sellers of TAMPOPRINT. And not without reason: Closures of all kinds and made of different materials can be marked fast, with high-precision and counterfeit-proof. From promotions on the inside of the cap, over a copy protection on the outside, to promotional decorations on the top side. With the MOF-PROMO laser systems you have no limits.

Thanks to their compact design, the user-friendly machines can be operated as stand-alone systems as well as easily integrated into an existing production line for closure caps.

Depending on the application, the machines are available with a fiber laser (wavelength: 1064 nm) as MOF-PROMO HP or as MOF-PROMO HP 200. The series is supplemented by the MOF PROMO 380, equipped with a UV laser (wavelength: 355 nm).

In addition to the low operating costs, the laser components are virtually maintenance-free which means that for you as a customer as good as no service and repair costs incurred.

For a 100 % quality control of the laser marking, the MOF-PROMO laser systems can optionally be equipped with a camera control system. This guarantees permanently a high quality of the product.

ROTARY PAD PRINT INKS

The pad printing inks from the TAMPOPRINT AG are perfectly coordinated for the printing process. Inks, thinners and cleaning solvents always correspond to the newest regulations and directives; they are continuously adapted to new and coming requirements. Special mix colors are specifically developed in our ink laboratory and are speedily available to our customers.

CLICHE CYLINDERS

In the most modern facilities at TAMPOPRINT AG, in their in-house located manufacturing department, within 24 hours it is possible to produce cliché cylinders according to precise customer specifications and with highest accuracy. Available in the program are cliché types and widths of varying requirements and printing capacities. With the TAMPOPRINT EXPRESS-LINE the TAMPOPRINT AG enables highest flexibility for the production of the customers.

PAD ROLLERS

The printing pads from TAMPOPRINT AG’s in-house production are available in various executions for different requirements. Know-how from decades in the production and implementation guarantee best properties for the pad print. A highlight is the RP pad roller, which can be utilized in all RTI rotary printing units of the TAMPOPRINT AG. A yet more accurate concentricity at high contact pressure, resource-saving construction and 20% cost saving talk for themselves.

With more than 180 ROTOPRINT machines from TAMPOPRINT AG, our customers produce more than 300 million caps per day worldwide.

The ROTOPRINT is our economical specialist machine for efficient closure printing. Thanks to its compact design and a high output capacity of up to 180,000 caps per hour *, the ROTOPRINT dominates the closure printing and sets completely new standards.

The unprinted bottle caps are delivered to the machine by a sophisticated feeding system. The correctly positioned parts and the gentle feeding allow the continuous delivery of the bottle caps using the press-in station onto the special workpiece holders.

A fully automatic gas pretreatment ensures optimum adhesion to the paint. Equipped with up to 3 RTI 21-150 printing units and one intermediate drying process, demanding print-image motifs can be printed precisely with constant quality over the years.
The final gas aftertreatment to dry the pad printing ink guarantees a scratch-resistant and permanent decoration of your caps.

For a 100% quality control of the printed image, the ROTOPRINT can be optionally equipped with a camera control system. This guarantees a high quality of the product permanently.
