AmbaFlex Spiral Conveyor Solutions

The AccuVeyor® AVD Series is a dynamic FiFo spiral accumulator / line balancer. It is specially designed for liquid containers and other unstable or odd-shaped products. It works 100% pressureless with very limited product contact. With its rapid response to speed differences in the up and downstream lines, it dynamically balances the line to a high level of efficiency. The technology is based on pre-set up and down running, concentric arranged spiral conveyors. A product transfer unit, moving up or down along these spiral conveyors, transfers the flow from the up to the down spiral conveyor in order to lengthen or shorten the accumulation loop.

• This product is available for both Primary Packed products as well as for Single File Liquid containers.

The AccuVeyor® AVM (Spiral mass flow accumulator) is designed as a low pressure accumulator for containers such as jars, bottles, tins etc. The accumulation sequence is ‘first in first out’. The accumulator is comparable with a mass flow accumulation table but, depending on the configuration, the pressure can be optimized and minimized. The SpiralVeyor® has only ONE belt that goes all the way from the infeed of the up spiral to the outfeed of the down spiral. No product transfers, no risk of jams high up and out of reach. The SpiralVeyor® SVo Series is the economic solution to handle cases with repeating sizes in the AmbaFlex SpiralVeyor® program. It is specially designed to handle rigid items with the same form factor. The spiral conveyor is based on the AmbaFlex single track technology. The machine elevates items which are larger than the belt width with higher stability, at possible higher inclines and for less investment. Many options are available to customize/configure this spiral conveyor for specific applications and functions.
