1500L Micro brewery system

Micro brewery system is typically applied to breweries that are much smaller than large-scale corporate breweries and are independently owned. Such breweries are generally characterized by their emphasis on flavor and brewing technique. We offer a Microbrewery (mini brewery) with the productivity of 1000L (10 hl) to 5000L (50hl) per brew. The service includes: complete set of microbrewery equipment, installation turn key, recipes and technology of branded beers, staff training and more. 2bbl-8bbl Bar Beer Plant

Bar beer plant produced by us is a set of technological equipment for the production of "live" and filtered beer. Brew master make their beer attractive to consumers by unique brewing process and distinctive beer taste. If desired, they can be placed directly in places of consumption of beer: restaurants, pub, bars, hotels, tourist and shopping centers. Interpreter may be faced with polished brass, copper besides stainless steel. Also, the microbrewery is placed behind a glass partition that allows visitors to observe the process of making beer. This is an excellent design solution interior and a powerful marketing tool.

Most installation in restaurants, bars and hotels used microbrewery with a capacity from 2 bbl(200L ) to 8 bbl (1000L). A network of restaurants uses equipment with higher capacity. Tiantai microbreweries are installing at the customer's company turn-key. To release a less than 2 bbl of beer per day is unprofitable, so the minimum performance of our equipment is 2 bbl.

2HL-200HL Double wall bright beer tank

Bright beer tanks/brite tank are used for the storage of the beer prior to being served or packaged. And the secondary fermentation proceeds in the bright tank. So it normally need glycol jacket to control temperature. For brewpubs, serving is often done by pumping or pressurizing the beer toward the serving location. But if budget is not sufficient, the fermentation tank added carbonation device can serve as bright beer tank.

2hl-200hl Jacketed conical fermenter

The jacketed conical fermenter is defined as a standard in the whole micro brewery area. Conical bottom is convenient for recycling the yeast after finishing the fermenting. Glycol jacket is used for cooling down the temperature of fermentation vessel. The temperature of fermenting can be evenly decreased while glycol water is running inside the jackets wrapped around the fermenter. Usually there are 2 or 3 section jacket on the cylinder of fermentation tank and 1 section on bottom. The jacketed conical fermenter can combine the fermentation and maturation processes into one vessel mounted with a carbonation stone.
