A new and more efficient enzyme for increased fermentability and controlled attenuation
DIAZYME® TGA is a glucoamylase that can be used to control the fermentability and/or the sugar profile of the wort, enabling brewers to brew highly attenuated or low carbohydrate beers. May also be applied in fermentation.
• Improves attenuation by de-branching amylopectin
• Increases level of fermentable carbohydrates
• Inactivated at normal beer pasteurization temperatures
