Crisp produces some of the world’s finest malt and have done since 1870. We source the very best barley (including the legendary Maris Otter and Heritage Chevallier) and have a team of experts with decades of malting experience who ensure we consistently deliver the highest quality malt available.
We have maltings positioned across England, Scotland, Germany and Poland, close to rich barley growing terrain where we have roots deep within the agricultural community. Our malt travels the globe to create some of the world’s favourite beers and whiskies.
Being the largest independent British maltster, our set up has the best of what 148 years of malting has to offer including traditional floor malting, the latest process technology and an innovative speciality malt plant unique to the UK. The production is backed up with all the storage and logistics needed to reliably supply multiple specifications to hundreds of destinations.
The Crisp team is equally at home producing a bespoke specification malt for an international brewing group, as we are experimenting to conjure up a new malt flavour for craft breweries both old and new.
Come and meet our maltsters on Stand 1-332 to find out more about our extensive range of products. Explore the sampling table and compare the flavours of well modified winter ale malts; the robust depth of Heritage Chevallier, the clean subtlety of Spring Pilsen malts and the soft sweetness of Clear Choice proanthocyanidin-free malt.
Join us for a beer and a chat, and discover the wonderful world of Crisp at Stand 1-332.
