Storage / Cellar Beer Tanks

The inliner storage tanks have been designed and constructed to provide support to all the retail shops, brewpubs and mobile structures for events. It is also possible to set up containers and trucks for the distribution and tapping of beer.

• Cleaning costs and times are reduced, while maintaining high standards of hygiene;
• They guarantee practically zero loss of product (less than 1 glass per tank);
• Designed for tapping beer without using CO2 but only air injected from outside the inliner, thus avoiding saturation of the beer and reducing tapping costs;
• Ideal for saving time, storage space and physical effort with respect to handling and using kegs;
• Maximum efficiency in maintaining the cold chain in order to guarantee excellent product quality, from production right down to the customer’s glass.

Fermentation and maturation

• Working capacity from 2 to 200 hl;
• Available with simple or cooled/insulated wall; with conical, rounded or at inclined bottom;
• Constructed with at least 35% more useful volume, in order to prevent spilling of foam during the fermentation phase, and high-quality, hermetically welded Aisi 304 stainless steel coating;
• Constructed with food-grade TIG welding with Argon inert gas protection;
• Complete with insulating system at the bottom and on the shell in order to avoid temperature loss;
• Supplied with upper manhole and external graduated level indicator bar;
• Equipped with spray balls to guarantee complete cleaning;
• CE Certification and PED Certification (Pressure Equipment Directive) for pressure tanks.
