Pressure bottlers PEPA series are used for filling carbonated (saturated) beverages (beer, soft drinks, mineral water, wine) and a modification for filling non-carbonated beverages is available, as well. The filling is based on overpressure in the bottler tank, with a short air tube.
Beer (and/or a different beverage) is filled in an atmosphere containing CO2 or another inert gas and the machine can be perfectly cleaned in the CIP circuit.
Bottles can, by request, be evacuated before filling (glass ones in beer filling).
Pressure bottlers PEPA V and PO series are used for filling non carbonated beverages (drinking water, noncarbonated mineral water, fruit juices, syrup, wine alcohol, table oil, and the like). The filler can be perfectly cleaned in the CIP circuit.
The bottlers are always made to order exactly in such a way that the customer is satisfied as far as possible.
