Beer powerful antioxidizing agent able to eliminate the oxygen: it protects beer from oxidation extending the flavor stability four times longer compared to traditional antioxidant-stabilizing products.

Dosage: 2-4 g/hL react with 0,5-1 mg/L of dissolved oxygen, equivalent to about 0,6-1,2 mL of air per 33 cl bottle.

1 kg packs in cartons of 4 kg or 20 kg; 10 kg bags.

New generation of antioxidizing agent especially developed for malt and unmalted cereals treatment in the brewhouse reducing their oxidation potential from LOX (Lipoxygenase), metallic ions, and other oxidative compounds.

Dosage: 5-10 g/hL of wort. Added during mashing, right after the mix of grist with water.

1 kg packs in cartons of 4 kg or 20 kg; 10 kg bags.

Protein stabilizer for beer made of the purest silica gel, which acts by adsorption on the protein-based substances. It has no negative effect on  beer colour, pH or flavour profile.

Dosage: 10-100 g/hL.

25 kg bags.

Silica gel-based protein stabilizer for beer under humidity control able to adsorb the colloidal haze with the ideal SiO2 concentration, without affecting the filtration quality and efficiency.

Dosage: 10-100 g/hL.

25 kg bags.

Agent based on pure PVPP for the colloidal stabilization, enabling the adsorption of the polymerizable polyphenols.

Dosage: 5-35 g/hL according to temperature, contact time and type of stabilization required.

500 g packs in cartons of 10 kg; 15 kg bags.

PVPP and silica hydrogel-based beer stabilizer that preserves the colloidal stability with no impact on beer colour, flavour and head retention.

Dosage: 30-70 g/hL according to the type of stabilization required and the quality of the raw materials.

500 g packs in cartons of 10 kg; 15 kg bags.

Hydrophilic colloid for beer head retention that increases foam viscosity and delays the release of CO2. It contributes to the visual impact of foam steadiness and cling without any effect on beer sensory properties.

Dosage: 1-7 g/hL as foam regulator or stabilizer.

1 kg packs in cartons of 10 kg; 20 kg bags.

Highly reactive gallic tannin able to optimize wort clarification thanks to the anti-oxidative properties it reduces the wort oxidation and therefore in beer. It does not cause any color alteration and enables to preserve the beer flavor freshness.

Dosage: 7,5-10 g/hL of wort in the mashing tun.

5 kg bags.

Selected tannin, manufactured from grinded wood, especially developed for wheat beers providing them the appropriate polyhenol equilibrium.

Dosage: 2-15 g/hL.

1 kg packs in cartons of 15 kg and 5 kg bags.

Selective clarifier and stabilizer. which acts both on proteins and tannoids thanks to its combined processing aids. It preserves beer color, flavor and has no effect on head retention.

Dosage: 10-40 g/hL.

500 g packs in cartons of 10 kg; 15 kg bags.

Specific silica sol for wort clarification. Compared to other traditional finings, it is a pure mineral product in compliance with the German beer purity law (Deutsches Reinheitsgebot).

Dosage: 15-30 g/hL.

1 kg bottles in cartons of 4 kg or 20 kg; 25 kg drums.

Selective clarifier and stabilizer that improves yeast sedimentation during beer maturation. It leads to a more efficient and quicker sedimentation and thereby reduces yeast amount in beer filtration improving the efficiency of this operation.

Dosage: 20-40 g/hL.

25 kg drums; 230 kg drums.

Very effective anti-foaming agent, based on food-grade silicon. It is active at the complete pH range and particularly recommended to treat foam formation in liquid solutions.

25 kg drums.
