We aim to offer a unique all copper , refraction column, medium sized distilling unit for production of various types of drinks ... Depending on your particular needs, using this multi purpose still you kWcan easily produce top quality fruit brandy, gin, whiskey, vodka, rum or other delicacies .. and all in one distillation cycle in the comfort of your own home or back yard. - Simple assembly or disassembly allows easy transport and montage of the rectification column provides an excellent final product and the quality of the distillate, as well as significant savings in time and resources. It also provides you with the possibility for upgrades, adding more segments to the refraction column thus obtaining higher proof alcohol, recommended for you high quality vodkas and rums. - We offer Performance hobby stills with column in volumes of 10, 35 and 100 L, all depending on your particular production needs. -Electric heating (9kW) is enabled with the box that is attached to the boiler. Depending on your own needs, it is possible to use 3, 6 or 9 kW individually. On the same box, there is a switch for starting or turning off the electric motor, which is intended for constant mixing of the mash.

Classic Alembic 120L still, designed for classical distillation process, especially for making gin. This still is powered by electric heaters, but depending on our customers individual requirements, it can be also: - Solid fuels; - Gas with approximately 30kW capacity gas burners; LPG or natural gas; - we can also combine multiple ways of heating. Net capacity of the still is 120L volume per charge for optimal performance. Stirring is powered by electric motor operating at 96 RPM, which will provide a good circulation of the mash, resulting in very efficient extraction of alcoholic vapours from the mash. Firebox is made from stainless still, the heaters are insert directly in the water and they heated to approximately 110 °C.

The furnace is made of stainless steel, designed for wood or electric heating , with working pressure of 0,5 Bar and temperature of 110 ℃. To ensure energy efficiency, the furnace is insulated with stone wool. The advantages of this heating system are: Accelerated energy efficiency / reduced energy consumption; Balanced operation and high stability of the system during the entire distillation process; The water bath completely eliminates the risk of burning the boiler. Also, the device offers the possibility of direct injection of access steam from the furnace into the boiler during the distillation process, if clean water is used, thus accelerating the process of heating by approx. 25%. The boiler has a net capacity of 120 L, made of pure DHP electrolytic copper. The shape of the boiler is concave, designed for the uniform circulation of the mash/wash during the mixing process. The mixer is positioned diagonally at 90 RPM, thus offering reduced stress and higher efficiency. The Bubble Plate refraction column is designed for the distillation of alcoholic beverages with an ABV percentage of more than 90%, which ensures a significant interaction of the alcoholic vapor with copper and a high purification of the alcoholic vapors. The dephlagmator is entirely made of copper, at an operating temperature of approx. 85 ℃. It is used for the initial condensation of vapors and the separation of alcoholic vapors from water vapor that evaporates at a higher temperature than the working temperature of the dephlagmator. The cooling system is with continuous water flow, made of stainless steel resistant to water stone and corosion and works according to the industrial cooling principles. In this way, it ensures a stable cooling under controlled conditions and a very good energy efficiency in terms of water consumption. The system is equipped with gin basket to add the botanicals for flavoring the finished drink according to the GIN production technology.

This pot still is called Double Wall Premium Alembic with Column designed for making different alcoholic beverages, It is a rectification column 500L still, manufactured for modern type of distillation and obtaining high proof alcohol in a single run. The refraction column is specially made for aromatic spirits like brandy and rum to preserve the smell and taste while achieving maximum smoothness. This device is powered, depending on our customers individual requirements either: - by Solid fuels, - electricity with 36kW/h , 4 heaters, 9kW each, - gas with approximately 25-110 kW capacity gas burners; LPG or natural gas, - or steam heating via a steam generator. Also we can manufacture combinations of heating.
