The blow moulder machine is the linear type, fully automatic; run by PLC Siemens and dedicated software which ensures excellent operator/machine interaction with a special touch screen with which to supervise all the machine functions. Format changeover is performed simply by replacing the customizations with an easy intuitive rapid operation that also includes the moulds. The machine automatically detects the adjustments through special self-learning systems. The machine is available from 1 to 10 cavities versions.

High performance and extreme accuracy in bottle level precision
The machine is composed by a reticular base made by pressure joints and components linked among them by means of structural bonding, therefore by eliminating any welding or processing by machines tools ( patented system).
Innovative aspects: the new self-draining structure improves machine hygiene and facilitates cleaning of the same by eliminating the critical points of accumulation and persistence of the dirt, as for example the welding points. The use of structural bonding enables to avoid welding and makes the process of machine construction easier and also reduces the environmental impact.
Benefits are in term of reducing delivery and costs, and consequently the price of the same machine; above all improve machine cleaning phases with an increased sanitization, and better accessibility for operators.
The machine is ideal for PET containers (Neck Handling version) and for sensitive products such as fresh milk, yoghurt, ESL milk, fruit juice, also containing fiber, tea and energy drinks.

It is a linear machine for filling PET or HDPE one way containers of large dimensions, from 5 up to 20 Lt; the modular structure allows to make up different kind of machines in a simple and cheap way, divided as follows:

Version n.3 and n.4 are used in case of bottles’ line blowing.
Each version is suitable for treating PET and HDPE bottles of different shapes and dimensions for a changeable production ranging from 300 up to 2.500 BPH, even in ULTRACLEAN version.
VOLJET UC is our volumetric filler model suitable for filling “premium” products such as milk, natural juices with and without pulps or fibers, tea and isotonic drinks. Thanks to its construction characteristics, it can be used for products with medium shelf life in cold chain, such as ESL 21 days milk, drinkable yogurt and juices without preservatives. It is equipped with flow meters, one for each filling valve, and can handle all types of plastic containers without any contact between the bottle and the valve itself, thus avoiding any vertical movement. Thanks to this particularity, we obtained important results: – no bottle lifting jack – no dynamic seals – very low need for maintenance interventions – high hygiene guarantees thanks to the
lack of contact between valve and bottle – extremely effective sanitization process.
