Quality standards through experience

Wiedemann drainage channels made of stainless steel have been part of the portfolio of the family-run planning and production facility in Husum for decades. 

Through experience, know-how and practice-oriented problem solutions, the product range has been continually expanded and adapted so that there is the right variant for all requirements. 

This means that even large channel lengths with and without flange connections can be realised and fitted with millimetre precision. Even custom-made products are no problem due to our own planning team and in-house production, but an interesting challenge on the way to optimal implementation in all areas of the beverage industry, the dairy industry, the meat industry, in canteen kitchens as well as in chemical and pharmaceutical companies, where hygiene is the top priority. 

The drainage channels comply with the required DIN standards for industry and trade and are selected and produced to meet the needs of the company and levelled, assembled and welded exclusively by Wiedemann's own specialists in order to guarantee the Wiedemann quality. 

There are slot channels for smaller or box channels for medium to large quantities of waste water. 

Slotted channels are fully visible and also available without spacers. This facilitates maintenance and cleaning. 

The box gutters are available in different profile widths, adjusted to the amount of water to be discharged and can also be used as temporary storage. 

Sloping on all sides prevents the formation of water puddles in the drainage channel. Thanks to its corrosion resistance and ease of maintenance, stainless steel meets all hygienic requirements.

All channels are available in different load classes. In addition, there are suitable gratings, bar gratings, plate covers - also with slip resistance. Sink boxes and floor trays are optionally available for precise fit. Special solutions such as disinfection pass through basins or large drain traps for corks, glass and labels are part of Wiedemann's comprehensive range. 

The channels complement each other perfectly with the Wiedemann floor drains.
