Malting systems

Zanin manufactures malting systems with different capacities: 500 kg, 2000 kg, 4000 kg, 6000 kg, 12000 kg per batch.
The MINIMALT-5 has 500 kg capacity per batch and it is an all-in-one machine. This means that steeping, germination and kilning are made in the same vessel.
For bigger sizes, the steeping phase is made on an independent steeping vessel, while germination and kilning are processed in the malting drum.
The flexibility of the Zanin systems allows to process different types of seeds like barley, corn, rice, rye, hemp and many others.
Zanin is able to provide a 360° solution that includes storage, handling, roasting and packing of malt.
