Application: The dealcoholisation is performed under vacuum and low temperature. After degassing, the alcohol is stripped and collected separately. The alcohol can be further concentrated up to 90%. Once cooled, the beer is carbonated again and re-integrated into the regular production process. The process is suitable for filtered as well as non-filtered beer.
