Our quality inspections are equipped with the latest technology, e.g. high-resolution high-speed CMOS cameras and age-resistant LED lighting. All systems are equipped with a remote maintenance connection and, for BDE, an Ethernet interface according to the Weihenstephan standard. The Windows operating system and an extremely user-friendly interface ensure intuitive operation. HIGHLIGHTS: Camera fill level inspection: Simultaneous measurement of overfilling and underfilling / The development of a special illumination system enables the generation of high-contrast, reproducible images for every type of bottle and beverage. The lighting parameters set are stored according to the bottle type. / Existing good fill level images are used for comparison. This visual support when teaching new types or checking existing types cannot be surpassed by any other technology, as the human eye can directly check the result. Cap inspection: logo inspection / sleeping cap detection / simple teach-in process. Filler-/Capper-Management: filler valve monitoring / capper monitoring / laboratory rejection / bottle burst detection and rejection of bottles following a burst one / simulation program for burst bottles / statistical features. Label inspection: presence of the labels / label type / label position / upside down label / back side visible / date imprint and barcode. Operator support: When teaching new types and when adapting existing types, all products that have already been taught in are cross-checked; if a potential danger of confusion is detected, the operator is informed. Date inspection: OCR / date and barcode recognition can be inspected with one camera.
