With our new service of additive manufacturing of components for your plants we can offer you a completely new perspectivein spare parts service.
We create a 3D model on the basis of the component in question. On this basis, our multi-laser system generates thecomplete geometry of your component and builds it up according to your specifications using strong double lasers and thecertified metal powder (1.4404).
Subsequently, we assemble your component very promptly and carry out any necessary finishing or finishing processescompletely in our plant in Kummerfeld.
Upon request, you will receive a material certificate according to EN 10204 - 3.1 as well as the required physical evidence,e.g. the values of the elongation at break, verified as usual by FAS.
With the help of a mobile laser measuring device, we can measure the component in question on your premises and thuscreate the required 3D model immediately. After sending it to our Kummerfeld factory, production can then start immediately inurgent cases.
