D-iDRAFT

With the smart D-iDRAFT system (innovative dispensing system) you can simply tap beer normally. However, by integrating smart sensors into the hardware and using clever algorithms, the system offers great value for you and your customers. It consists of several components. Through the tap, temperature measurement and flow monitoring take place, allowing you to monitor the beer quality at any time and from anywhere. An important part is the integration of NFC tags in the keg spears. The coupler is used for pressure and flow measurement, as well as for reading the NFC tag information. The gateway is used to collect and transmit data, control sensors, connect to the internet, and send data to a cloud. The WebApp, with personalized access, is used to display results and data for our customers.
The Barkeeper dashboard allows you to manage your installation. Per beer line, you can extract useful information from your installation, such as live data related to gas, temperature, and volume thresholds, alerts, and small statistics. In addition, Brewery Inside gives you a variety of customized KPIs and statistics around different brands, locations, and times of day that are useful for marketing and keg supply chains.
By transmitting the information stored in the NFC tag to the system, data such as brand, volume, shelf life, production and refurbish dates, etc. can be loaded, as well as automatically detecting keg changes. In addition, the D-iDRAFT offers the possibility to track & trace the kegs, as every NFC tag in the spear has an individual ID. Among other things, this is useful for the brewery to track the kegs, overhaul them in time, or replace them.
