Rapid, secure and competent - chemical analysis is an important focal point of our activities. We ensure the reliable quality of our analyses through modern technology, QA measures such as ring analyses, internal and external audits and of course through the accreditation of the laboratory. Our laboratory has been accredited since 1993 and offers a wide analysis spectrum.
Chemical analysis
• Investigation of drinks (beer, soft drinks, juices, spirits), as well as their raw materials and additives
• Investigation of waters of all type, e.g. drinking water, mineral and spa water, among other things, with mineral water acknowledgement analyses, control analyses related to mineralisation and original purity, monitoring of limit values in accordance with MTV and TrinkwV, VDM Association analyses
• Special analysis if it involves contamination of water with e.g. pesticides, trace elements or medication residues
Microbiological analysis
• Finished product control-checks for beer, drinks and water
• Rapid verification of micro-organisms damaging to beer and drinks
• Identification of micro-organisms
• Microbiological step controls, including raw materials, production systems and environment
• Investigation of water in accordance with TrinkwV and MTV
• Investigations concerning pathogenic agents and hygienically relevant germs
