The realAx RP peristaltic pumps feed diatomaceous earth, silica gel, and PVPP in filtration processes. The self-priming and dry-running realAx RP peristaltic pumps are used by many breweries for yeast harvesting in fermentation tanks.

The peristaltic pumps of the RP series operate with shoes for compression and reliably withstand demanding requirements with a discharge pressure of up to 15 bar. For metering and transfer applications up to 8 bar, realAx IP and realAx ISI are available, which compress the hose with rollers. This creates less friction, so there is simply no need to fill the pump with lubricant or coolant and the hoses stay longer in use. In addition, less motor power is required, so energy and operating costs are significantly lower.

Depending on the process requirements, the realAx peristaltic pumps are also available in hygienic design with FDA materials and EU1935/2004 certificate as well as hygienic flanges.

In our European distribution center we constantly stock replacement hoses in all common sizes and materials. The precision-manufactured hoses are compatible with hose pumps from all well-known manufacturers.
