JBT GmbH is glad to be able to show a glass brew house in Nuremberg again this year.
The glass brewhouse combines the requirements of gastronomy and research, as the transparency of all brewing processes is given by the glass cylinder.
This enhances the experience for the restaurant visitor. The guest is thus even better integrated into the theme of beer production.
The brewhouse is available with stainless steel or copper hoods. All levels of automation are available.

JBT GmbH designs and builds complete brewery plants with an annual output of 500 hl - 50,000 hl in copper and stainless steel. In addition, the brewhouse can be made of glass up to a size of 10hl per brew. The glass brewhouse meets all the visual requirements of an additional attraction, especially in the gastronomy. Due to its impressive design, the modular glass brewhouse is ideally suited to show visitors the natural processes involved in brewing beer.
