DIGITAL PRINTING is a disruptive innovation in the production process for decorating metal caps. Digital technology makes it now possible to print images, text, and numbers even in small batches or unique caps leaving room for creativity to differentiate products and brands. Thanks to digital printing, which can handle variable data such as dynamic and unique QR codes, PELLICONI's clients can now customize crown and ring pull caps both on the outside and inside: once opened, a bottle cap becomes "proof" of consumption. This is why it is the perfect element to carry out promotions, contests, games, etc. The limitless customization possibilities for printing underneath your cap can be used to maximize customer engagement, loyalty, brand awareness, sales, and more, with no limits on colors and graphics. PELLICONI’s digital printing technology is now available for crown corks 26 mm, crown corks 29 mm, ring pull caps, and ROPPs.

Let the numbers speak: Pelliconi is the 1st worldwide producer of crown corks with 32 billion of caps fabricated every year in the 6 production plants located in 4 continents (Europe, Africa, America and Asia) supported by 5 commercial departments and 600 employees; in 2022 it reported 275 million of euros of turnover.
In 2011 Pelliconi published the first version of the Sustainability Reporting project with GRI verification. For the past two editions, this report has been third-party verified by Deloitte & Touche, and also added to the Economic and Financial Report.
