Production of partial and complete systems

With our pworkshop, we have been a certified manufacturer according to AD 2000 HP0 or 100R as well as DIN EN ISO 13445 and DIN EN ISO 13480 since June 2021 and are therefore able to offer corresponding services as a manufacturer that go beyond engineering.

We manufacture assemblies, pipelines and smaller containers up to Category II according to Module A or A2 of the PED 2014/68/EU. Of course, individual acceptances according to Module G are also possible. As a welding company according to DIN EN ISO 3834-3, we have TIG and MIG/MAG systems as well as a TIG orbital welding system. The current focus is on the area of prefabrication of compact partial and complete systems.

Compact plant systems

Narrow time window for the conversion? Modular planning makes it possible for the compact systems (package units, assemblies) to be manufactured, pre-assembled and tested in the factory.

We manufacture CIP systems, heat transfer systems, dosing systems, valve blocks and valve frames, dosing stations, pump groups, container systems and specified special systems according to customer requirements.

Depending on the requirements, different surface qualities and standard series are possible. We work with external and regional partners on electrical cabling and control technology. On request, we can provide the required control cabinets and offer the electrical and pneumatic connections as well as integration into the control system. If necessary, we assemble the system components we have manufactured at the customer's site and make all the necessary connections.

Pipes and tanks

We manufacture pipelines and tanks for almost all areas of application, various media and smaller containers up to Category II according to Module A or A2 of the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU. Of course, individual acceptances according to Module G are also possible.

Our services include supporting a project from concept engineering to basic engineering, detailed engineering and assembly supervision.

In addition to the development of process engineering tasks, our main activities include installation and pipeline planning under GMP or hygienic design aspects and the associated creation of documentation in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive or EN13480. By planning using 3D CAD-supported software and using the most modern measuring systems, e.g. 3D laser scanning, we are able to implement conversion planning or the integration of new systems into the existing structure constructively and visually in a short time.

As a certified manufacturer according to AD 2000 HP0 or 100R as well as DIN EN ISO 13445 and DIN EN ISO 13480, we offer corresponding services beyond engineering as a manufacturer or manufacturer within the framework of the Pressure Equipment Directive. In addition to the production of pipes, containers and individual compact systems, we produce our own complete solutions. These are in particular CIP systems, heat transfer systems, dosing systems, etc.
