Filling, capping and labeling technology

GAI has been developing and manufacturing bottling lines for wine, champagne, sparkling wine, beer, spirits, vinegar, oil, water, juice and beer in bottles or cans since 1946. Today, GAI is one of the world's leading producers of filling and equipment technology for lines with capacities of up to 15,000 bph.
The filling lines with gravity, overflow or high-performance pressure fillers convince by perfect reductive filling technology. They are offered as stand-alone machines or in combination with rinsers and cappers as compact monoblocks.
All lines with a capacity of 4,000 bph or more are CIP-compatible.
For beverage filling in cans, GAI offers electro-pneumatic volumetric fillers with lid cappers with outputs from 1,000 to 16,000 cans/h.
GAI labeling technology rounds off the portfolio:
Bottle outside washers, labelers, and capsule machines for outputs of 800 to 12,000 bph are offered as linear machines or rotary machines. They are also available as compact monoblock combinations.
Over 90 % of the machine components are manufactured in-house. This guarantees an optimal spare parts supply.
