Easy cleaning
Acid or lye is pumped into the fermentation tank to be cleaned, from there it is circulated via a CIP lance and then pumped back into the container after use.
In a closed system, e.g. plate cooler, from the storage tank in the circuit directly back into the storage tank.
Backflow in each case simply via a hose through the open lid back into the respective storage tank.
How to:
Pre-rinse: Remove dirt
Cleaning: Lyes are run through the system parts
Rinsing 1: The cleaning medium is flushed out with water
Acidification: Lime deposits and lye scale are removed with the help of acid solutions (only necessary at certain intervals, not after each fermentation or brewing process)
Rinsing 2: The acid is flushed out with water
