Our MontBlanc is a digital service which recommends the perfect batch-specific fan speed during kilning by taking different process parameters as well as external factors into account.
By reducing the kiln fan speed, it is possible to save up to 25% of electrical energy during the withering phase. This also means that carbon dioxide emissions can be avoided. MontBlanc uses the given process time most efficiently, ensuring a smooth plant performance and increased overall efficiency. With MontBlanc, you can rely on consistently high malt quality like never before.
