IGL Innovation Prize Beverages and Food
Within the framework of the Innovation Competition for Beverages and Food (IGL), student teams are honoured for their own innovative product ideas from the categories Food and Beverages.
In two rounds, the best products of both categories were selected by a jury consisting of representatives from industry and research, and the winners are now honored.
The competition is organized by: Faculty of Brewing and Food Technology at the Weihenstephan Science Center of the Technical University of Munich.
